HELLO ALL AND WELCOME TO SACHEM HOCKEY 2010-2011.

As most of you know by now, nothing can get started without all the proper paperwork handed into the league.  We are fast approaching deadline time for your packets to be handed in.  I do have most of your bar codes.  However, I do not have nearly half of the packets back.  We need MOST of this paperwork to hand into the league for your child to be able to play this season.  This year the High School Hockey League is being very strict with handing in paperwork on time. 

I will be at practice tomorrow night.  Please, anyone who has not handed in their packet, either bring it with you or come to me and ask me for another one.  I will have plenty with me.

Also, I know some of you may have given your packets to someone along the way.  I have an updated list of everyone's I am missing.  If you have already handed it in, and you are on the list, please forgive me and fill out the forms for me again.  I know its a PIA, but without it your child cannot play.  It is only once a year I need it, so please help me.  It's my first year, so be kind.

The deadline is the 5th, so if you do not hand it in or fill it in tomorrow you will have to make arrangements to come to my house by the 5th.  YOUR CHILD CANNOT STEP ON THE ICE WITHOUT ALL THIS BEING DONE.

REMINDER TO ALL:

SCHOOL SCHEDULES ARE NEEDED FOR THE LEAGUE.  I AM AWARE NOT EVERYONE HAS GOTTEN IT TO DATE.  THE HIGH SCHOOL'S SHOULD ALREADY HAVE THEM.  I KNOW THE MIDDLE SCHOOLS GET THEM THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL, SO AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM, PLEASE SEND ME A COPY. EITHER E-MAIL THEM TO ME OR DROP THEM OFF IN MY MAIL BOX OR TO ANYONE ON THE BOARD.  THEY WILL GET THEM TO ME.  THEY ARE NEEDED BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS SO PLEASE DO NOT WAIT. 

IF YOU HAVE THEM AND CAN MAKE A COPY FOR TOMORROW, THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.

Instructions to Register for a USA Hockey Card

 

Go to USAhockey.com

Click on Register on line (it is on the right hand of the upper part of the page)

Click on Ice Players and Coaches

Click the box that states you are 18 or older

Then hit Continue

Click on the 2010/2011 box

Click on a Child or Family Member Under 18

Begin to complete the form

When putting your phone number in do not use the dashes (-)

Click that you Accept the Waiver

Put your initials (it only takes two)

Click to Continue to Checkout

Click Continue if you are only doing one

Complete the billing information

Click Pay Now

Open and print the certificate – Make one copy for your records

And give a copy to your team manager/Board Member.
